Synopsis:

This is a play about feuding families and star-crossed lovers. It is set in Verona, Italy. The Montague and Capulet families are involved in a family feud. Romeo Montague meets Juliet Capulet at a ball, hoping to meet Rosaline, and falls in love with Juliet.

They are secretly married with the help of Friar Lawrence and are torn apart by the families’ feud. They end up taking their own lives. The themes include love and fate, and love and violence.
